Scottish Continuity is a volunteer run organisation delivering the biggest conference on Resilience and Recovery best practises in Scotland.
Being part of the team allows you to help shape this, creating a more meaningful and understanding culture of resilience, response and recovery across a multitude of different industries and organisations. As a board member you will be able to help direct on what is meaningful and how you and members can get most out of our membership. You will join a team of at least 8 individuals all driving to increase knowledge, awareness and have some fun in the process.

Sitting Board Member and website management for Scotttish ContinuityWe are looking with someone with a creative vision for how our website can help the Membership and Board get the most of what we can offer.
This role will include:
Management of our website and domain
Enhancing the membership user experience
Directing the board to opportunities our website can drive and deliver for us.

Someone that is comfortable with varying technologies
A keen eye for detail and work flows
Someone who is keen to help grow our membership

Early Careers
Sitting Board Member and Early Careers lead for Scottish ContinuityWe are looking for someone early (first 2-6 years) in their resilience, response or recovery career who can help engage a newer audience and help influence the board on engagement strategies.
This role will include:
Responsibility for early career engagement and strategy
Directing the board on engagement methods and opportunities
Representing the board on early career and student engagement.
We would like:
Someone early in their resilience, response or recovery career.
Someone outgoing and able to engage with early career and student memberships
Someone with a passion to help bring a new generation into the fold.

We are looking for someone that can help drive our social media image, communications and brand with consistency.
The role will include:
Managing and uplifting the social media presence of scottish continuity.
Communication strategy for engagement of our membership
Creating a truely known and distiguishable brand.

Someone with a background in communications to a varied and senior audience
Someone with an understanding of brand awareness and design
